She combines deep operational and regulatory expertise in the healthcare sector with a proven institutional investment track record in capital allocation, portfolio construction, and risk‑adjusted returns.
As a longstanding investor in healthcare and biotech companies, Josephine has extensive experience evaluating clinical and commercial pipelines, strategic partnerships, market positioning, and pan‑Asian regulatory and commercialization pathways. Her investment focus spans listed biotech, innovative therapeutics, and breakthrough life‑science platforms, with deep insights into cross‑border value creation and capital market strategy.
In asset management, Josephine has led institutional and family office investment platforms as Founder & Chief Investment Officer of Aionious Management Limited and former Chief Investment Officer of Sapere Capital Management, where she designed endowment‑style multi‑asset portfolios, implemented robust investment governance, and delivered sustainable capital appreciation and wealth preservation for global families, corporates, and entrepreneurs.
